Nice experience at the hotel, I will return

Good Hotel Aceuille great nickel room with attentive staff and always available in particular the manager of the property Mr Wilfried who was very friendly and the rest also of the reception team. I'll be back.

We urgently leave the "hotel" because the rooms are very dirty and smelly. Our requierements was not met what the "hotel" can give. I give 0 rating. The comments is not cover the reality.

Worst experience of my life

Then what to say! No positive to begin with, first of all my story begins by parking are vehicle, dilapidated place, dark, paying but not safe. One place found, we go down and walk to Hotel, watch out for an abundant rat field, this neighborhood and to them you have to pay for their leads a right of way (rat phobia especially do not come).
Pay attention to the Pension entrance (2/3 small dealer but let’s pass) pleasant receptionist but I come not for the receptionist, fair hall but rotten elevator with spit smell. Room 410 hell begins (not to mention the corridors, with the appearance of Brazilian favelas), has for the moment around the world.
I enter and to my surprise the room was catastrophic (a wet dealer joint on toilet paper), burn stains everywhere, a smell of smoke, stains, dust and male semen in the toilet, brief change of room...
ROOM 416: Hell continues, smell of rotten fish despite the open window and smoke, stains also and a surprising surprise from Hotel (bird feathers in an electric cable, yes I know it’s special).
Re change of room...
ROOM 420: COCKROACHES AND BUGS.......
I leave to change more expensive Pension at 2am and yes after a good day of work and driving...
In short repay my money....
I have cockroach videos and other surprises but I wait for a gesture before making my scandals and I think I was nice, thank you cordially!

I booked for 3 nights. When I went back to the hotel for the second night, the staff took my things from room 309 without my permission. Staff put my things on the IKEA shopping cart. I get really pissed off at them and demand to be paid in full for the 3 nights. Otherwise I will call the police. They say I have asked to change rooms. I stop them for crap excuses and "why am I mad at you if I wanted to change rooms, Stop with your excuses". They changed their mind to refund for 1 night. I still demand a refund for the 3 nights or I call the police. Until finally their boss accepts to refund for the 3 nights and I get to sleep there for free for 3 days. We sign contracts and took pictures of staff with contracts. The next morning they pay me and throw me out. Pure idiots. Will be reported to the police for 2 things for disappeared.
