Disappointing
The curtains are full of dust, a lot of condensation the window has not been cleaned for a while and wanting to get my slipper that slipped under the bed I was surprised to find a paper and underpants so the cleaning is not done properly after each departure.
And the walls are made of paper. You could hear the neighbor in the room taking a shower.
So for our part it is an experience that will not be repeated

Unacceptable hygiene!!!
I then returned several emails in an attempt to chat, but everything went unanswered. This is unacceptable!
When we arrived, the welcome was rather friendly, nothing to say from that side. We arrived in the evening and went out for dinner quite quickly, so we did not immediately pay attention to the condition of the room. It was when we returned that we discovered a very insufficient cleanliness!!!
Extremely dirty curtains and radiator, stained walls, tablet for the kettle ready to fall, cobwebs in the bedside lamps, hole in the bathroom door, traces of moisture with mold on the windowsills, toilet toilet toilet poorly fixed, flushing which fills extremely slowly (noise discomfort) and above all an absolutely filthy hair dryer, obviously not cleaned for a long time (the photos speak for themselves).
We were also surprised by the rate paid on site, higher than the one seen on the internet, but we accepted it without comment.
Management criticizes us for not reporting it on the spot. But our departure was quick and no one asked us how our stay went: we simply returned the keys and we were wished a good day.
The management showed a total lack of professionalism and consideration: cold, unapologetic and without any follow-up after our reminders. The condition of the room was already unacceptable, and this attitude demonstrates complete contempt for guests. I am extremely disappointed and strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a minimum of cleanliness and seriousness.
