An enchanting stopover!

Everything from the warm and professional Welcoming to the impeccable and spacious room comfort to the delicious catering and the beautiful and quiet location helped make our stay both relaxing and convenient. We recommend without hesitation and will gladly return!

Disappointing experience.

At the risk of contradicting previous reviews, our meal was not "at the top", especially for frogs legs which I kept a very good memory of during an old meal. I am not one of the "difficult" people, but we had to send the plates back because the thighs were dry, hard and poorly seasoned. Opinion contradicted by the staff, a little ironic about us and my taste as to how much butter should not be enough. The second plate was better, although we did not want to take advantage of the "all you can eat" formula. It seems important to me to point this out, so that the "adoption" of the new owners by the old ones can take place without unpleasant surprise as to the future... Reference to a recent article in the newspaper La Montagne. The good reputation of a restaurant is more easily undone than it is built...

Very good

We had a great weekend at the Hotel de la Clairière.
Very welcome, very good food.
Very pleasant and above all very professional staff and managers.
To do again for a good time relaxation.
We recommend this property.

Always as well

Despite a full house (179 people) excellent cuisine, a service of pro, quick hot and smiling. Not to be missed: the Norwegian omelet a speciality of the house that really deserves the detour. Congratulations again to the whole team.
