Chambres d’hôtes with high quality apartments

We had Cottage, a nice design apartment but impractical with a 4m height spiral staircase and the toilet downstairs. Maleyssie Chambres d’Hôtes is located in central Chartres and offers eight quality apartments. In the Maleyssie brasserie you can have breakfast. Paid parking garage next door. Our apartment had a living room with table & 2 chair, large comfortable bench, airco and TV. The room had a complete kitchen with fridge & oven, stove-top & freezer, toaster & water boiler (no tea!), Nespresso machine with 2 cups, dishwasher & sink, and all necessary pots & cutlery. Downstairs is a washing-machine. We had a separate bedroom with an OK kingsize bed & cheap duvet (chilly). Washbasin, bath & shower are in the bedroom. All was super clean. Highly recommended, but we will not again book the Cottage.

The room/apartment was beautifully restored and very clean and inviting.
The attached restaurant served delicious food with good wines :-)
The staff are very professional and super service minded.

Pleasant stay spent in this suite

Spacious and tastefully furnished suite!
Location in the center, 10 minutes walk from the cathedral
Only downside: the toilet in an open space
Also note: keys to collect before 8pm
I would be happy to come back to that.
