Very welcome
Simple room, clean, quiet.
Hearty breakfast
Great location, right in the center of town.
Staff smiling, polite, available.

Good value for money

Well located on the Place de Château Renault. Friendly welcome. Decent rooms with bathroom and bathtub. For 7 euros, decent breakfast with fresh baguette and croissant. Very good value for money . We will return without problem

We won't return.

When we arrived at four thirty in the afternoon there was no-one to let us in. This was unpleasant, we had been travelling since five in the morning. No-one at the hotel felt there was anything wrong with this, the booking form had said it was possible to check in after 2.30. The proprietors at Le Lurton seemed to me to be blissfully unaware of the need to be welcoming or hospitable towards their guests
The hotel does not possess any charms which make up for its many deficiencies. There are lots of nicer places to stay, we won't be back.

Bon plan

J’y ai dormi une nuit hier, le 23 02 2023, chambre simple mais avec tout ce qu’il faut, super literie... « la fermeté du Condor mixée à la douceur de la palombe » le tout très propre et recent... salle de bain récente également, je dis pas neuve, je dis récente... la télévision un poil petite... mais bon au prix d’une chambre misérable avec une salle d’eau en carton , l’on préfère grave cet établissement et ces chambres avec baignoire...

Una sola notte

Siamo passati di qui per andare a visitare il Castello di Amboise e la dimora di Da Vinci. Le camere sono piccoline ma deliziose e perfettamente pulite. Anche il ristorante è accogliente e abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Da notare anche un piccolo jukebox perfettamente funzionante.
