Wonderful hotel!
We absolutely loved our stay here. We stayed for a week and picked it because it's so close to Disney, literally a two minute drive in their shuttle, which is available anytime and solely for this hotel. It's very reliable and comes straight away. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. We stayed in a junior executive suite, which has a living area and kitchenette and a separate bedroom. The sofa in the living room also opened to very nice sofa bed. And we had an amazing wrap around balcony with beautiful views. There were complimentary refreshments and wine waiting for us when we arrived. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you. My husband lost his phone on the way back from Disney and they were so kind in helping him find it. The pool and spa area is lovely and open to kids from 10-12 and 3-5 so nice to fit in with going to Disney. The hotel is situated in the Val d'Europe area which is full of restaurants, a few supermarkets, and a massive shopping centre. There is also a train station a two minute walk away and one day we got the train into Paris. So handy. We didn't eat at the hotel just because we made our breakfast in the kitchenette and we were on the go so much but one evening we got room service and the dinner was delicious so when we go back, which we plan to do, we will definitely eat more at the hotel. The room was cleaned perfectly each day, and each evening, they left little chocolates on our bed, a lovely touch. We will definitely return to this brilliant hotel!

It was ok for what we needed, but a bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel.
The location is good. There are some restaurants and a Carrefour over the road so it’s easy to get alternative food options if you don’t want to eat at Disney everyday/ The shuttle service to Disney is brilliant. A real perk of staying there and takes away any stress of getting to and from the park. The staff were also really friendly.
However, the room (ours was a junior suite) was a bit tired. We had broken internal sliding doors that separated the bedroom from the living room, and the cold water pressure was almost non existent which meant very hot showers (during a heatwave). It was superficially clean but it did just feel a bit dated.
On the whole, it was an ok experience and it did the job but underwhelming.

A lovely birthday trip, a great mix of relaxation and disney
This was our third stay at Relais Spa Val d’Europe, and it certainly won't be our last!
Room & Comfort
We loved our room—spacious, modern, and beautifully set up for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Having stayed here multiple times now, the quality and comfort remain consistently high.
Spa & Pool
The pool area is fantastic, though as a party of two adults, we found it much more enjoyable outside of the designated family hours when it was quieter and more relaxing. Unfortunately, the sauna was out of service during our visit, but hopefully it will be up and running again soon.
Location & Perks
The hotel offers free private transfers to Disneyland Paris, which is a great perk. We didn't end up using the shuttle service ourselves, as we really enjoyed the easy, scenic 20-minute walk to the parks instead.
Overall, another great experience. We look forward to coming back for stay number four!

Bad family experience
If you plan to go there with your children, find another hotel. For a 4-star establishment, it is unacceptable. Children's access to the pool needs to be reviewed, the hours are ridiculous. If you arrive at 4:30 PM and stay for 1 night, there is no possibility of enjoying it, and no negotiating even if there is no one in the pool in sight because it is forbidden to children from 5:00 PM. I had booked specifically for my daughter's birthday and as a result I had to deal with this huge disappointment, great for a birthday. Nothing works, no information to find the parking lot and the facilities provided or not for electric vehicles. Dilapidated rooms, broken and aging furniture; dirty curtains. Not enough bathrobes based on the number of people in the room. Only one size of bathrobe for men and women, nothing for children. No point in asking for a candle for dessert, they don't have any. Hand soaps in the shower, go figure, no hand soap accessible for washing hands, forcing us to go into the shower to get some. The staff never knows anything. Defective elevator, I'll stop there. I will not go back!

Superb stay
Wonderful stay at the Relais! We booked a premium family room and it didn’t disappoint. Adjoining spacious rooms each with a kitchenette were super comfy. The shuttle service to Disney was excellent and the drivers were super friendly and helpful.
The kids loved the pool area - a perfect break from the busy parks.
All the staff at the hotel were fantastic, and very very helpful. Would definitely stay here again - highly recommend!!
