Had a wonderful stay, we checked in early, we were able to leave bags while we went and did stuff, as room not ready, we didnt expect it to be we arrived at 9am, staff extremely helpful as always, the room was larger than expected and with a huge balcony also unexpected, had a great night's sleep, such a shame we were only staying 1 night. We will definitely return.

Emailed twice in advance requesting a room at the end of the corridor away from the elevator. Were given the room directly behind the elevator. Two sleepless nights before being moved.

Easily accessible to Disneyland Paris- just one stop on the metro taking 2 mins. Check-in wasn’t until 3pm but able to leave luggage in luggage room, which was handy. Rooms were average. They weren’t the cleanest and our towels were not changed. Beds were comfy. Would stay here again as a budget option for a Disney holiday.

The location is amazing, the staff were very helpful and nice. Room very big and clean and amazing breakfast!

Excellent communications with hotel about checking in time and request for a twin room. Check in was smooth and hotel to the usual high standard. I highly recommend.
