Always very well received at the restaurant, and the view is magnificent for experiencing authentic Corsica; a night and a meal at Sole e Monté is highly recommended.

Dinner with friends excellent

Excellent dinner the chef prepared us in fun mouth an oyster in sabayon as I never had it was divine then zucchini tempura with small mayonnaise sauce with basil to fall on the ground (I would have gone well with the recipe so good they were) then excellent grilled octopus and strawberry soup raised with succulent fresh mint.
And a great view of the village
In short I recommend this address
