Magnificent
Wonderful hotel. 1) the location: situated in front of the Esplanade de la Défense subway exit (the second to last on line 1, the most important one, which ends at La Défense), in a pedestrian area enriched by works of art, 3 stops from Porte Maillot where there is the bus square that connects Paris to Paris Beauvais airport with a shuttle service. At the terminal station (La Défense), which can also be reached on foot, there is a huge shopping center with large spaces outside as well, where you can also find the Grande Arche, which is a must-see.
The previous stop in the direction of the center is Les Sables, with an amusement park and gardens to visit. Metro line 1 is the most important one, connecting many tourist sites, the Champs-Élysées and the Louvre Museum;
2) structure: hotel with a beautiful, large, bright lobby, with 24-hour staff. Internal security. 19-story structure, with a restaurant, carpet on the floors and in the rooms, 4 elevators just to go up to the floors, super fast and to be used with the room card. Large pitchers of water flavored with lemon or orange are available near the lobby. Additional elevators to go down to the garage. Fitness room and very elegant restaurant. From the hallway window, you can clearly see the Seine, the Arc de Triomphe, and the Eiffel Tower, especially in the evening; there are lounge chairs outside; 3) room: mine was on the 13th floor.
Security chain on the door in addition to a peephole, iron with ironing board, and hair dryer. Soaps in dispensers attached to the wall (therefore eco-friendly) and differentiated by use. The bathroom is obviously without a bidet but has a sort of intercom that I did not understand the purpose of. The toilet brush is also missing, large mirror above the sink, with a magnifying section. My room was equipped with a large shower, with a handheld showerhead and a rainfall showerhead on the ceiling. Double bed with a very comfortable, high mattress, I believe 30 cm, 2 pillows per person (1 square and one rectangular, very plump); presence in the room of a full-length mirror and a round table with a chair, and also a small sofa with electrical outlets and a floor lamp. Water provided in the room, with a kettle, tea, 2 cups; pen and paper for writing.

4) staff: efficient and exceptional, some speak Italian like the beautiful and talented Marika. The service requested in the room to regulate the air conditioning temperature was prompt (for me, 20.5 degrees was too cold), the staff was very polite and respectful toward us, and they ask and make sure they can enter the room even if you called them yourself. 4)
Breakfast: there is everything! Various jams and pastries produced by them, croissants, pain au chocolat, muffins, donuts, cookies, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, at least 6 types of jam, excellent quality fruit (white melon, yellow melon, watermelon, kiwi, apricots, grapes, apples, pears, plums), yogurt, almonds, walnuts, smoothies, salad, tomato, lettuce, carrots, eggplant, cold cuts and cheese corner, various types of bread including baguette, scrambled eggs and guanciale, a chef who prepares omelets with mushrooms or other ingredients for you, and other types of eggs, sausages, beans, boiled potatoes, onion, mushrooms, also guacamole and even the supplies to prepare a Bloody Mary, vodka included, automatic machines for coffee, juices, hot milk, and also a corner with pralines, muffins, Nutella, cookies, rusks, etc. The breakfast room also has a glass wall from which you can see the Eiffel Tower.
If I really have to: soundproofing not 100% perfect, difficulty in figuring out on my own how to set the thermostat even with the instruction sheet present, I don't know if they can prepare crepes. A deposit of 50 euros for each day of stay is required upon arrival.

Comfortable room and good views. Excellent breakfast.
I was there a week. The room is spacious, clean and overlooking the Eiffel Tower. Thank Carlos, night receptionist for his kindness. Very good breakfast, was what I enjoyed most during my stay. Thank you to all the guys in the restaurant, but especially to: Ahmed, you made my stay more enjoyable, with your empathy, simplicity, professionalism and attention to detail. Excellent professional and person. He was in the section where they prepare the eggs.
Hotel with good location. I highly recommend it.

I generally dislike hotel rooms with full carpet because it is not kept clean, it was the same here. I was also disappointed that all the towels had someone elses hair. The breakfast room was relatively small and they kept cleaning the tables sweeping all the food and bread crumbs on the floor :( …

TOP hotel
I stayed in this hotel for work reasons, spacious rooms, super rich breakfast! The night is a bit expensive in terms of price, but given the space and what the view from the window offers, it is absolutely worth it!

Everything is up to par: impeccable rooms, quality dining, professional and attentive staff. The complimentary toiletries are complete, the service is responsive, and the entire establishment is very well maintained. A pleasant experience from start to finish. I will return with pleasure.
