Stay in Cremieu

Great stay in this very charming hotel, we have been very well looked after, and Cremieu is a very nice village .
We stopped there on our way to the alps, very close to the airport.
We highly recomend it, for a stop over or for a week end.

Disappointed

Aside from Mr. Gino, who was extremely professional, always smiling, and very kind, and the closed and free parking, the rest needs improvement. Probably the room assigned to us had been closed for a few days and had a stuffy atmosphere. Practically a single work surface consisting of a mini desk already full of things. No wall hooks, no closet, no chair. There is no air conditioning, just a small fan. Only one large towel. There was no blanket on the bed, which was very small and short. Average breakfast. We were disappointed. Thanks again to Mr. Gino, I repeat, a delightful person.

A sketch!

So we had to go there for one night tonight for 8 people.
I booked in November for February.
I had to deal with the hotel manager who took 15 minutes to note my reservation by phone. Yesterday I sent an email to find out if my reservation was still OK, but no reply. We called this morning, no reservations in my name. The switchboard operator takes me from above, the person in charge talks to me like a m**de. They accuse me by telling me that I did not book while I have their email confirmation. There are 8 of us sleeping, I have no more rooms. In the end, he would have found a hotel nearby to help us because he had a problem with his software but we found elsewhere.
So before accusing customers, it would be good to check before sending them for a walk. Zero friendliness.

Horrible.

Leakage facility: unsanitary room, unsanitary sanitary, shower filled with mold, cabinet filled with spiderman, urine-filled pipes. Despite a boss and friendly staff the dad didn't hesitate to disrespect me when I showed him the videos from my room and tell me I was hopping.

SPACIOUS ROOM SUPER WELCOME OF Mr GINO good advice for Dinner.
Too bad the restaurant is closed on Sunday night.
Breakfast on top of the top thank you. SPACIOUS ROOM.
Free private parking.
Beautiful building.
Quality price very good.
