An intern named Suzanne was really pleasant and helpful.

On the other hand, the shower was very small for me. Super Sultan A really good hotel with excellent service!

Uncomfortable

I booked a room available "from 2:00 PM" until 12:00 PM the next day.
Apparently, we do not have the same definition of the terms at this hotel; "from 2:00 PM" seems to mean, here, that the room might be available from 2:00 PM at best, but also later (one does not know until when...). Indeed, I could not check in upon my arrival at that time and therefore went to run some errands... My friend arrived in the meantime and could not check in either, even though I had called to inform them of her arrival... Because I had not yet left the €100 deposit... The staff was distant, without any real justification; the manager (it seems) was even disdainful, or even hostile...
I felt uncomfortable and wronged.
Noisy trucks also drive by at night... And the shower is indeed quite small.
I do not recommend this place, where we are not received as guests, but rather as intruders!!! Pathetic

I would not recommend it at all.

I booked too fast. The reviews are scary. In addition, at the end of my reservation, I have an additional tourist tax to pay. This amount appears after having validated and confirmed the reservation therefore at the end. It's a scam.

Staff was good but the rooms were really awful and had mould in one of the rooms our group stayed. Also, two people opened the door twice and tried to get in which was terrible. There was a loud machine noise at night time.

Not acceptable

Never again!
Traces of wear are acceptable in a hotel after many years, but torn-out door handles, a bath/WC , which is no longer lockable, a toilet lid with a large, missing part, missing toilet brush and dark brown deposits on the shower border are unacceptable even at the cheap price.
