Ibis Hotel Dijon Gare
How pleasant it was to first arrive in a clean and especially cool room thanks to the air conditioning in this intense heat.
It is a hotel very well located across from the train station (exiting through the underground passage leading to Avenue Albert 1er) and just a few minutes' walk from the Jardin des Sciences de l’Arquebuse, the city center, the Port Canal, and Lake Kir with the famous Dijon beach.
Everything can be done on foot for those who enjoy walking. The hotel is located not far from public transport (tram).
The welcome and availability of the staff are very pleasant, which makes the experience even better.
And for me, the highlight of Ibis hotels remains their super bedding for restful nights.
The hotel offers breakfast in a buffet style. There is plenty of choice depending on everyone's tastes. There is also a restaurant providing service at lunch and dinner with a nice menu.

A sunny evening. Sun and warmth everywhere, from the sky to the terrace!
The only couple seated on the terrace, the server came several times to ask if everything was okay. We were not forgotten! The service was excellent!
The meal was excellent too! We all appreciated everything a lot.
Excellent experience at this restaurant (Ibis train station) in DIJON. At the exit of the train station!
We will return without hesitation!!!

Fun bunch of the Hotel to explore Dijon
Review Ibis Dijon Gare
Ideally located in the centre of Dijon, the hotel is a great base from which to explore the city – both its rich culture and its many cosy terraces and good dining options. The room was nice and comfortable, certainly suitable for a short stay.
The staff was a bit less positive, who did not always appear to be very customer friendly. In addition, the common areas look a bit grubby and could use a refresher.
All in all, a great place to explore Dijon, but with some attention to Service and Maintenance, this hotel could become even more attractive.
