Fantastic

We checked in late, and the staff were helpful. The hotel has very secure underground garage parking and is probably the cleanest and most modern hotel we’ve stayed in on this trip.
The staff, particularly those at the bar, were friendly. The hotel is in a good location, and I found the room to be modern, clean, and well priced. The terrace outside is a lovely place to have a drink.
Although we didn’t make use of it, the pool looked lovely. The soundproofing was also fantastic, especially considering the hotel was full.
I would definitely stay here again.

A very pleasant stay

We stay regularly at this hotel because it has a good standard of rooms. We usually eat in the restaurant as the food is good quality but wine prices are expensive. The bedroom overlooked the pool and the now that the air con has been switched on the rooms are very comfortable. There is secure parking on site.

More expensive than an Ibis, yet the service is less professional.

We chose this hotel to upgrade during a simple stop on our vacation route. In the end, the value for money did not convince us.
The late arrival went well, the welcome was good, the advice for parking our large vehicle was relevant, and the room was beautiful and quiet. But all of this was ruined by the breakfast.
No more real coffee cups, only espresso cups. And when we reported it, we were told, without any embarrassment, that there were no more because the dishwasher had not been done, with the only solution being a disposable cup.
The problem is not just the lack of cups. The real problem is the response given and the level of service that it reflects.
Honestly, we have never seen this, even in Ibis hotels or in more economical establishments where we usually stop. When one pays more to hope for a higher quality service, one expects at least a properly managed breakfast.
It's a shame, because the last impression is often the one that sticks. And in our case, it is clearly bad.
