Sapey and kids club vacanceole
The apartment was clean.
The paintings were clean
Good location
I would like to thank Carole from the children's club vacanceole in particular.
A love that took care of our children very well.

A Fuir is old, dirty, poorly equipped!!!!!!
Cleanliness, inventory…..everything leaves something to be desired even if you take the comfort formula.
We feel a letting go, an absent direction.
vigilant and verification.
Last year the apartment smelled like shit.
Yet it costs €150 when you leave a smell of tobacco.
We had a 2 year old child, and aired for 2 hours. The smell still persisted.
I asked how it would work if we were reimbursed in that sense.
No answer. Not even an apology!!!!!
This is the last time for me this year, still too many problems.
This residence should be avoided.

I will never repeat
We arrived on a Tuesday, we tried to notify them of late arrival, it was impossible to contact them or the wholesaler by phone, only an automatic announcement was made that recommended calling another phone, with another automatic announcement.
They did not respond to any of the calls or emails we sent to alert us of our arrival.
We couldn't get anyone to give us keys to the apartment and we had to spend the night in the car.
Furthermore, on Wednesdays they do not deign to open the reception, which made it impossible to spend the night in that accommodation (we have filed a claim with Booking for a refund).
