So many top qualities around. Ibis Epernay i would suggest is for an overnight quick stay or in transit. There are more comfortable places to stay for a holiday than ibis

Needing renovation

We knew what we were getting after booking our trip late. The rooms are a little tired and of course at this price basic. My feedback would be the noise created yet lack of cool generated from the A/C was poor. Given we chose this over another hotel due to it having A/C we felt let down and didn’t sleep well as a result. Thankfully only 2 nights and we were out enjoying Epernay and this hotel has a good central location.

Excellent location, several restaurants in the vicinity and close to Avenue de Champagne.
Also a nice garage with possibility to charge.
The entrance looked a little scruffy.
The reception is on 1 st floor small but friendly staff. The breakfast is on the same floor and it’s ok.
The room was ok Ibis normal.

Second stay

We like to stay for 1 night on our way home from the south of France.
Rooms are okay and the parking is just 1 minute away. We did not take breakfast. There is a very good café/bakery very close by.
About 10 minutes walk to the champagne houses.
