Relaxing atmosphere in the forest

Great location to relax in the forest in your own cabin! I loved the “basket” breakfast on your own cabin as well as the dinner in the cabin. Great food from the restaurant. The location is perfect as there are many good sightseeing opportunities nearby and after sightseeing to return to the quietness of your cabin

Exceptional

Exceptional weekend. Everything is perfect. The Les Ailes du Désir lodge is magnificent. The meal in the lodge is very good. The breakfast too. The meal at Le Trident restaurant is fabulous.

It's a shame that the cleaning isn't top-notch, lots of dust bunnies under the bed, the walkie-talkies don't work very well with reception, many moments where you will have to wait up to 30 minutes for someone to answer you.
Some items forgotten in the basket delivery, you have to call back with the walkie-talkies and have a lot of patience.
You have little privacy on the lodge terraces, a shame

Far from being flawless.

At such a price level, one almost expects perfection... however, that was not the case, far from it....
To get to our lodges, there were 3 seats in the golf cart, and we were 4: my partner walked, carrying his suitcase....
Breakfast requests were made only once, which meant that for 2 consecutive days we had the same items.
Pool area overrun with wasps.
Nordic bath with wobbly steps.
Unpleasant sewer smells in one of the lodges.
Cleaning not done at 4 PM upon our return from our walk in our 2 lodges; we had to call the reception, and they told us that we had requested not to have the cleaning done!!!!
We skipped the meal at the restaurant that was requested as a 3-course meal, which turned into 4 courses, and of course, the bill was charged for 4 courses.
There was also confusion at the end of the stay during the key handover.....
Everything is too approximate, not acceptable at this price level.
In short, when one wants to play in the big leagues, one must give oneself the means.
