It started with a rude Cedric at check in. After using Google translation we finally understood each other. And Cedric got the message that I'm no pushover!! The updated room with an AC was outstanding even though across the street.

Soundproof house with steep stairs!
Soundproof house with steep stairs!
From the outside, the house looks quite nice. At the back, there is a tiny garden, but it is not what one sees in some pictures here. There is no water framed in wood here We were led to our room in the attic, an extremely narrow and steep staircase, not climbable with luggage. The "Deluxe" room was quite spartan and simple, only the bed, 1.50 meters wide, was great, clean, and with a proper mattress. In the room, the wooden floor creaks; actually, it creaked everywhere. It is just as well that there were no other guests present. Lastly, the truly manageable breakfast should be mentioned. Here too, some photos present a completely different picture.

Good but areas for improvement
The points appreciated:
- The staff is friendly and good advice
- There is an outdoor area where you can settle (table and chairs) where it is wooded and next to the spa baths.
You can sip in the sun a small glass of lemonade offered by the house!
- The location is good because close to the center and cliffs
- On-site parking is convenient (on the other hand to be provided at an extra charge necessarily)
-The room had real shutters with curtains in addition, so total darkness not to be awakened by day!
I liked it less:
- The proximity of our room to the outside road, sometimes we mean the vehicles day and night as it overlooks the sidewalk and the road (but it depends on the rooms) and depending on the residents, we mean the movements of the rooms upstairs.
- Maintenance and average construction on some points (see in the cupboards), the shower window not aligned with the frame so day in between so the water flows outside ..
Some maintenance points should be improved m (shower cleaning, I had hair on my towel, limestone in the glasses...).
Overall satisfied but given the price, these points need to be improved.

Charming place but no more
Then I would say beautiful, typical place.
Close to the center with advantage of having a parking ● PAID at 25 euros under reservation. Not cheap compared to places and countries already visited.
● Typical decoration, nice but on the other hand BANISH if you are allergic to dust >> carpet in the rooms>> I am against.
● Be careful no air conditioning, sleep with windows open at night to get fresh.
● Soundproofing of mediocre rooms.
● Just has a closet , MISSES wardrobe for your laundry, especially when you stay several days >> forced to open the suitcase every day.
● No small closed cabinet to store your belongings, bedside table style with drawers. It's just a little side table.
● Same in the bathroom not a shelf, have to place everything on the sink. Kit, case, etc.... Not TOP
● Using the poorly designed hair dryer, you must perpetually press the back , after 2min you quickly have a sore hand.
● No mini fridge, too bad. But on the other hand I do not see the point of putting a bottle of lukewarm temperate 1L water at the disposal in the room that will be charged >> seen no fridge.
● Breakfast, very lean, very little choice. Really little for the asking price.Not to mention the dish that should keep the eggs scrambled, in the end quickly warm.
● The coffee machine bets in a bad place and especially nothing against the staff, but when there are customers, the staff should have either a machine or a percolator in their kitchen or whatever, and not line up or keep customers waiting.
● Also it would be nice to provide them with a room so as not to see them pass in the breakfast room to pick up a brush and pick up in the kitchen and go back in front of the customers.
● Also when you go down to lunch. We don't always leave. Let's go upstairs. And we're going head-to-head with the lady room busy doing our bathroom. TIMING to see again.
● Tea lover, no sachet but loose tea in boxes >> well EXCEPT they leave the boxes wide open for the entire time of service. For me not great for tea preservation.
