I had a lovely room and the staff were so welcoming. I had an hour Thai massage wich was fantastic, thank you Net, which I thoroughly recommend. Net also recommended a nearby restaurant ...le petit bruit de l'oeuf dur...it was fantastic and I thoroughly recommend the toast lamb with haricots vert, followed by the fromage

No one to greet us at 5 pm on a Saturday but I was emailed very good instructions on how to get in. No elevator and our room was two flights up with two heavy carry ons and two heavy backpacks—we’re in our mid-70s. The room was made out of the attic and was beautiful. Only problem is low ceiling due to old attic beams—I’m 6’2” and cracked my head three times. All in all a good stay.

Unfortunately no one was on reception when I arrived so I was stuck in the rain for 15 mins. The room was very big with a large bath and shower. The member of staff covering breakfast was late, this meant my waiting taxi charged extra and I was late for work. The contract number for the hotel was in Thailand so not convenient and didn't answer. The local communication was good however.

A Thai feeling with a nice European deco

We reached Erawan pretty late, at dark, in a snow day. Because communication channel with Trip.com did g allow the owner to reach us (phone nor email), we reached an empty, closed venue. Which I have to stay is pretty upsetting when it is -2 outside. However, after few phone calls, and relevant explanations, we got welcomed warmly by the owner and the neighbor business owner and we moved in accordingly. Thank you to the neighbor businessman to help us carry our heavy luggage till the 2nd floor!!
Beautiful house and deco; beautiful bedroom BUT, extremely cold toilet and bathroom (supposed to be a hammam??? We never found the way to turn it into a hammam…. It is gorgeous…. But… damn cold!)
Again, the house is very beautifully decorated which was so nice to experiment for breakfast. Do try this place which bedrooms names are themed on Thailand! :-)

We only stayed one night on our way further south, but really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently situated and beautifully designed, with a large and comfortable seating area downstairs and access to a kitchen.
We especially liked the design and ambience of the property and it was quiet and peaceful.
The town isn't much to write home about, although has a nice cathedral.
We would stay at Erawan Boutique Hotel again.
