Accueil hostile et humiliant au comptoir
J’ai alors montré du doigt la pizza que je voulais. Il m’a répondu en anglais : « No, you have to say the name », comme si montrer clairement le produit n’était pas acceptable. Un autre serveur a finalement dû intervenir. Je lui ai montré les deux pizzas et il a transmis ma commande en français.
Ensuite, l’employé est parti préparer les pizzas sans me regarder ni m’indiquer que le terminal de paiement était prêt. Après environ une minute, j’ai remarqué moi-même le symbole du paiement sans contact et j’ai payé sans aucune explication.
Ce n’était pas un simple problème de langue, mais une attitude hostile, méprisante et humiliante envers un client étranger. Service inacceptable. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Week end in costa azzurra
Ho effettuato la prenotazione tramite booking mx una camera matrimoniale dopp di che mi sono ritrovato si in una camera matrimoniale, ma con un letto di una piazza e mezzo, il letto praticamente dentro alla doccia e il wc accanto. Tra l'altro non c'è neanche una te da che divida il bagno o la doccia dalla camera.
L'unica camera che vi consiglio di prenotare è la camera familiare dove ho soggiornato gli altri anni...
Nota positiva il ristorante sotto sempre facente parte della struttura buoni piatti, ma decisamente troppo cari. Un cornetto e un cappuccino quasi 10 euro a 5 metri c'è un forno che offre servizio colazione a 4 euro..
Purtroppo se non ritroveremo la disponibilità della camera familiare non credo che ritorneremo i questo hotel..
