Hotel at the gate of Châlons

The hotel is located at the gate of Châlons. Rooms quite large, excessively clean but too bad that there is no air conditioning especially when they are facing west. Separate bathroom and toilet. It is possible to take a garage with an extra charge of 8 €. Welcoming and good advice to find a restaurant not too far on an evening of August 15th

I don't recommend it.

Staying one night as part of work, I was fooled by the 4.6 on trip ... which I do not understand at all.
With a rate in the high-average of the sector, I do not understand the comments and recommendations:
An old hotel, boxes in the entrance, dusty artificial flowers everywhere including the toilet!!!
A room that smells of cigarettes, worn carpet, a light fixture with exposed wires, with damaged furniture, the courtesy ser on the nightstand that takes dust, dead insects on the headboard, cushion covers racomodés ...
A bathroom from another age, rusty shower tray...
The pinnacle: breakfast.
I have made them hotels, I have never seen 1 chocolate bread cut in 2 and 1 grape bread in 4 at the buffet!?
Who's doing this?
I was speechless in front of the unfortunate 6 slices of sausage on the cutting board.
The bedding was good, the separate toilet will be the positives of the stay.

Stopover unpretentious hotel

Excellent dog friendly hotel . Spotlessly clean and excellent for stopover . very quiet despite location and very good value .

I liked that they provided a standing fan for ventilation. I did not like the WC. It was too small and claustropic and had NO Ventilation.
