A pleasant end to my 14 day Sentier Cathare walk.

A warm, friendly welcome awaits the moment one enters the reception area. My room and bathroom were large, spacious and immaculately prepared. The hotel is located in a perfect spot for reaching all the visit-worthy attractions and areas and most roads lead back to the little fountain on the square in front of the hotel. Noise level was no issue. The breakfast buffet is abundant and well presented and overall service faultless. A beautiful terrace with a view onto the river and across to the green forest offers a pleasant spot for a late afternoon drink from the bar and also for breakfast. Great value for money and certainly highly recommended.

Peace and tranquility in the heart of Foix

This hotel is in the heart of the town which meant a five or six minute walk from the nearest (unlimited) free parking although there were paying spaces closer.
The reception was friendly and welcoming and the room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. There was a ceiling fan which was a blessing in the absence of a/c.
Buffet continental breakfast was fresh each morning with plenty of choice. The staff were unfailingly pleasant and made no fuss when we needed to extend our stay by one night. I have no hesitation in recommending this family-run establishment.

Comfortable hotel in the heart of Foix

Family hotel a stone's throw from the historic center of Foix, but in a quiet neighborhood on the banks of the Ariège. Good comfort in the room. We appreciated the ceiling fan. Hearty breakfast served buffet-style, eaten on the veranda overlooking the river.
