Excellent stopover hotel.
Very clean – Friendly and pleasant staff – Very decent breakfast with excellent pastries. Let’s especially highlight the fresh orange juice available in unlimited quantities, and fresh fruits such as pineapple, apples, and kiwis. We also appreciated the mini pancakes and the assortment of cheeses as well as the lean white ham. Let’s note an excellent vegetable cake from the south. Very good coffee.
Large wall-mounted TV screen offering an impressive array of channels in very high quality, comfortable king-size bed, quiet surroundings, absence of disturbances caused by other guests (no noisy kids), good clientele overall, efficient air conditioning, small refrigerator, spacious and effective shower in a tunnel shape preventing any splashes outside. Spacious and free private parking around the establishment.
Regarding the half board, the menu presents a rather limited choice of dishes, especially if, like us, one stays quite a long time on site. The cooking of the meats is not well mastered on the BBQ and the cooking grills are not cleaned regularly, which gives them a charred appearance affecting the cooking. Overall, it is nevertheless acceptable.
Very close to the Auchan hypermarket (about 400 m) but 2 km from Port Fréjus via the Boulevard de la Mer and a bit more to Fréjus beach.
We believe that this hotel should not be a choice for a long stay (12 nights in our case) but rather for a few nights considering the mentioned elements. However, it remains a good choice, and we would gladly return for a short stay, just as a stopover.

Very disappointing.
Tiny room without even a bottle of water.
No kettle, no chair, probably due to lack of space,
Comfortable mattress but covered with a plastic mattress protector that makes it unpleasant.
A lot of work is needed to bring this establishment up to the group's standards.

Good for a short stay
The decor is cheerful and colorful.
The room is very clean and was perfectly maintained during our stay. It is not very large. There is no real table, and no chair to sit on.
In the bathroom, there is just enough space to place two toothbrushes.
The breakfast buffet is sufficiently varied and well-maintained.
The free parking is appreciated.
The rate changes with every click!
Ideal for a short stay.

Horror and mosquitoes.
I recently had the opportunity to stay at this establishment, and the experience was frankly below what one could rightfully expect.
Let's start with cleanliness: dead mosquitoes in the common areas is a minimum that should be managed daily.
The rooms are extremely small — we were in a triple room and literally had to store our suitcases in the bathroom due to lack of space. It is simply unlivable for multiple people.
In terms of location, the view directly overlooks a very busy road, wedged between a supermarket/highway gas station and an amusement park. The noise is constant, and the environment is neither pleasant nor relaxing.
At breakfast, the staff was not in uniform and asked for my room number five times — a rather disconcerting lack of professionalism.
Finally, we had the misfortune of encountering the manager, who was particularly unwelcoming: cold, aggressive, with no customer orientation. This kind of attitude at the management level unfortunately sets the tone for the entire establishment.
In short, a stay I would have preferred to do without. I will not return and do not recommend it.
