Conforms to a Mercury
Proper welcome even if forgetting the free drink and need to insist on getting it. Spacious room, clean, bedding correct, quiet. Breakfast buffet style with a downside on the variety of cereals, bread - below chain standards.

Nice discovery
We had very good contact in advance with the hotel, which facilitated the organization of our stay. The establishment is easily accessible, and we greatly appreciated the free parking. We parked in the outdoor parking lot, but there is also an indoor parking lot that we did not use.
The receptionist was very pleasant, and the welcome was impeccable. The evening restaurant was truly top-notch, with an excellent menu and several lovely people on the staff, which made the meal even more enjoyable. The room was very large and particularly quiet, ideal for resting. Finally, the breakfast was very complete and varied.

MORE THAN AVERAGE SERVICES FOR A MERCURY
We had taken 2 rooms, for one of them when my chef wanted to go to her room to her surprise there were business so already busy. She goes down to the reception and one of the people takes this problem to laughter and will check if it is true, she comes back and assigns her another room and there new worry with a cup that was used and the tea bag in the garbage.
When she goes downstairs to eat, she reports it to the reception and there is no reaction.
This situation is far from Mercury-worthy.

Pleasant stay despite some areas for improvement
We stayed in a suite with balcony for one night. The room was large and bright, and the bedding very good. However, we did not find all the offers detailed in the presentation on the hotel website, such as the Marshall enclosure or the security peephole.
Regarding the cleaning, nothing to say: it is clean. The hotel staff is very friendly.
Breakfast is okay; it is not very big but the main thing is there.
Small downside: the charging stations for electric vehicle did not work, so it was impossible to charge his car. We asked the reception and it seems that one of them is defective.
