Fabulous Surprise...

A great find. Clean and tidy wirh good rooms, decor a little dated.
Fabulous host who had great stories to tell and the food....the best we had on our 2 week trip.

Hospitality at its best

A clean, comfortable, welcoming hotel. Slightly dated bedrooms, but otherwise a fantastic stay. We were there one night and Monsieur and Madam Lacam could not have done more for us. It was a bank holiday, so there was nowhere open to eat in Gourdon. Therefore, Monsier Lacam, opened up the restaurant in the evening just for us and we ate the most amazing food cooked by his wife. He even dressed up in his waiter attire just for 8 hungry guests. From the moment we arrived him and his wife could not do enough to make our short stay enjoyable, bending over backwards at every opportunity. I highly recommend visiting this establishment.

Highly recommended....

Friendly welcome by the owner, who first proposed the room for approval ( ++ ) it is furnished with beautiful old furniture, bathtub
sorry no lobby for aperitif, but bar and stools are provided with a separate room tables and chairs
restaurant with service by the owner in costume and where the wife is at the stove, tasty and for this a big compliment!!! ( price / quality okay )
menu of the day is definitely recommended..

Best hotel in Gourdon

We loved our stay in this traditional family owned and run hotel. Mathias was an excellent host , friendly and helpful. He and his wife ( chef in their restaurant) do an amazing job.
We felt very “ at home” staying here. Breakfast was excellent , great coffee and croissants with ham , cheese and jam.
We wished we had stayed longer in this beautiful village.
Highly recommended.
