Not correct.

error on my part, I didn't see that he didn't take the animals, so I called 10 minutes after my reservation the owner told me to call the platform to get refunded, I call the platform form that tells me that they called the owner who refuses the refund! So go figure it out! I've lost 45 th I think it's shameful and wrong
That's why I'm sharing my experience with you.

Bonjour,
Le voyageur nous a contacté pour exprimer son erreur. L'établissement n'accepte pas d'animaux .
La plateforme a contacté le gestionnaire qui a accepté un arrangement....
Or, le voyageur a donné deux versions dont la deuxième est qu'il a eu un accident !
La plateforme de réservation n'a pas donné suite pour le remboursement ce qui est normal.
Votre avis n'est pas honte puisque vous punissez celui qui vous accordé le remboursement et non celui qui vous a sanctionné !!
