Great hotel
A beautiful discovery, for our stay in the Basque country! The hotel is really great. The welcome is perfect, they are all in care. The location is good. The place very quiet, we hear no noise from the rooms. Closed parking is very appreciable. Very clean and well equipped rooms. The terrace is the little plus. Breakfast is also good. We were delighted with our stay, we will come back with pleasure. And a little thought for grandpa cat . Thanks again for everything

We did not sleep at this establishment, but I absolutely want to put this comment.
While in Hendaye en route to Spain on Sunday 8 February, we wanted to have lunch at this establishment but the restaurant was closed, we had a fabulous welcome by a gentleman who told us where to have lunch. This allowed us to see the hotel as we had booked a room for our return on Saturday 14 February. This property is superb, well placed with parking and covered garage. Unfortunately the weather changed our return program I had to cancel my reservation. The conditions of the latter specified that "any cancellation 15 days before arrival is not refunded". However, I cancelled the day before my arrival and despite this the hotel refunds me my night. That is exceptional, customer respect, know-how, professionalism I say BRAVO!!! This establishment joins my address book and of course our next trip to the region I select this hotel to sleep and dine they are worthy of a great... thank you thank you thank you to the manager of the establishment!!!

Nice nice room with balcony, recent renovation, Italian shower.

Relaxing experience
The hotel is situated in a residential area, with free parking underneath the hotel. There is a lift from the car park to all floors. We were welcomed by a lady who made us feel so welcome, explained everything and made sure we were happy and comfortable.
We had booked two rooms, one double and one twin for the three of us. Our son had the double as the shower is located over the bath and quite a big step in. (I had not long had a knee operation so this worked perfectly with us having the twin room and walk in shower).
The rooms are beautiful and well thought out. Our twin had a balcony with two chairs, a desk area, the twin beds together, two easy chairs and the bathroom to one side. The rooms were quiet and incredibly comfortable.. There is air conditioning although the weather had been raining prior to our arrival so wasn't too hot.
From the balcony you could see Spain, where we were heading the following day. It took us through the town a 7 minute ride and we were in Spain the next morning and on our way.
Breakfast was fresh, delicious and plentiful. No hot dishes but we didn't feel we missed out. There were croissants, bread, meats, cheese, fruit , juice and galette. We didn't go hungry. This was served by a friendly man who possibly was the partner of the lady we had met the previous day. Again very friendly and made us welcome.
Our only gripe was there is no where to hang a towel in the shower so you walk straight out into the main bedroom. Sink is also located in the bedroom . The double room had a curtain between the bed and the shower area, the twin room didn't.But we would happily return. Our balcony looked down on the pool which looked amazing we just didn't have enough time to try it.
We would definitely return and again it is so close to the border.

One flawless from start to finish!
I stayed one night at this three-star hotel and I must say that I am pleasantly surprised. Everything is perfect: the warm Welcoming, the services offered, the swimming pool and the outdoor areas very well maintained.
We also dined at the hotel restaurant and again, a flawless aperitif for dessert. Special mention to octopus carpaccio, absolutely excellent, and dessert roasted figs, a real delight. The products are fresh, cooked on site, and you can feel the care taken in their selection.
The value for money is remarkable, both for accommodation and for food. Service is professional, efficient and particularly pleasant. Special attention is paid to children, which pleased my 7-year-old daughter very much.
An address that I highly recommend, both for a stay and for a simple meal!
