Awesome

Good breakfast, I recommend it! (We were staying at another nearby establishment, but we decided to have breakfast at SEREN and well, very good service and great breakfast!

The room was beautiful and had a terrace with a view of the lake. The area is close to the town center and the beach.

Disappointing brunch

The Sunday brunch is a major letdown, barely an extension of an ordinary breakfast and not worth the trip, not up to the standards of such an establishment! The spa, however, is very nice with a good welcome.

Quality hotel but not very relaxing night

Unfortunately, our room was located above or near the private parking lot and we were woken up several times between 11pm and midnight, then again around 8am because of the garage door that opened and closed each time we arrived by car and the noise was present enough in the room to disturb our sleep several times.
We pointed this out at check-out. The person at the front desk told us they were not aware of the problem. We would have appreciated an apology and a commercial gesture, especially for an establishment of this range.
This is all the more regrettable as we then had several hours of driving to do today, and the lack of sleep clearly made the journey more complicated.
Too bad, because apart from this point, the hotel really has many qualities.

Excellent hotel, dream location

We enjoyed this hotel and its spa (very good massages)
Little downside: on the restaurant. The vegan dish was starving, frankly for 24€ it's indecent, we have nothing on the plate.
Besides, the main waiter pressed us, as if he himself was in a hurry to finish his shift to go home. We're not in a 4-star hotel to be put under pressure.
