Magnificent view.

Very nice location, room very good, staff very available, hearty breakfast.
Just one downside for the bathroom, which is still outdated.

Both professional and personal, the stay was absolutely perfect.

Absolutely perfect in every way: welcoming, exceptional bedding, a view of the lake, and peaceful. I combine personal and professional stays at the same time. I was able to bring my dog with me. The stay was absolutely great; I would do it again very soon.

Waking up in the lake. (at high tide!)

Very good welcome, kindness, and flexibility. Crazy view of Lake Hossegor, the rooms on this side are "in the lake!" It is clean and warm, the prices are very reasonable. I recommend this place off-season, it is quiet, simple, cheerful, and easy!

SURPRISE OF THE BAD

This hotel presents a serious customer service problem. Interaction with staff is uncomfortable, lacking empathy and with a marked lack of professional education.
Simply speak briefly to employees, or even observe their work dynamics, to perceive that there is no true culture of service or real interest in the well-being of the guest.
The establishment seems to focus exclusively on the economic aspect, putting the quality of service and customer experience on the back burner, even though it is charged at a level that does not correspond to what was received.
If during your free time or vacation you don’t want surprises — let alone bad surprises — this is not a place to stay.

Lovely and informative welcome, clean room with great view of the lake.There was free and easy parking very nearby
The upstair common parts look tired but the downstairs and breakfast room are modern and bright
It’s a bit out of town but value for money.
