While the staff and hotel facilities were excellent, the biggest disappointment was the huge number of flies allowed to congregate over the breakfast items. Literally everything was covered in them. There was no interest from staff to manage the situation. We ate the granola that was stored in jars, but that was it.

It would take so little

I only slept one night. The room in the style of the brand , colorful but cold. The bed and comfortable pillows in compensation .. the bathroom with the separate cup I find absurd in 2026, with poor lighting .. the large shower but full of mold. And I wonder what it takes to go through varechina to bleach and disinfect, I'm really shocked when I find these things, basic elements. Decent breakfast dinner. Near a shopping center.
I recommend it to spend little and only if passing through.

Always good

Old Novotel, spacious and very comfortable rooms with large office very convenient.
A good restaurant with a real chef who cooks well.
Nice breakfast included.
Large free secure parking.
Prefer a room on the pool side totally quiet.
