Absolutely ineffective customer service

Customer service is nowhere to be found; we learn by chance that we cannot access the rental on Saturday, August 25th because the Tour de France is on! They suggest we arrive at midnight on Sunday... without any commercial gesture, and the residence and the central office are passing the buck!!! Stay away!

It’s definitely not 5 stars… it was dirty in corners of the apartment and no soap was provided to wash your hands with. Blanket was dirty too and too many kids from other apartments screaming. One roll of toilet paper was provided for 4 days and you had to pay for more. No housekeeping. It’s not about the cost of the items just the lack of service I didn’t appreciate.
The girl at check in was LOVELY but I wouldn’t stay here again. Maybe good for families.

Really the best! Come see!

We were warmly welcomed at the reception by the very friendly hostess. The establishment is magnificent, almost new, the apartments are very well arranged, and extremely clean, with an unbeatable view! And all the services like pools and underground parking are top-notch. No doubt, we recommend this establishment!

Noise and archaic management

Apart from the location close enough to the gondola for the slopes, the residence is very noisy and the accommodation dirty. No alese on the beds. Overpriced parking (150 euros per week).
WARNING: as it is odalys there is no customer service on site! Reception cannot handle any worries if you do not send a LRAR to the address on the intetnet site. In other words, no problem can be solved on site during your stay! So I recommend another resort.
