Comfortable, but no soundproofing, and not for heavy suitcases.
Tiny 3-storey hotel without lobby and reception, no elevator, with narrow staircase, no soundproofing, although the street is quiet. 2 rooms on the floor.
But! Clean, the bed is large and comfortable, the blanket is large and warm, the mistress is friendly and attentive, there is hot water, hairdryer, kettle.
Breakfast is modest: jam, butter, bread, coffee, croissants.

Hotel * Ivry on stage
Important and not mentioned on the hotel s website: the fig tree hotel 1 Star (minimum comfort). Rooms not soundproofed, no air conditioning. Avoid in hot weather. Welcome although not physical. Clean room. Please note that some rooms are separate from the body of the hotel. Good for troubleshooting or last minute.

So my wife and I came for one night for the Olympic opening ceremony 2024. All hotels had inflated their prices so I since it was one night I wasn't too concerned with the hotel. Just a safe place to sleep and be comfortable. We'd only sleep there and be gone.
I had read other reviews, small room was expected. But it was clean, clean small bathroom. Air conditioner worked great. Window could be opened for air as well. One concern for people is the hot water is way beyond hot. The faucet mixes the hot and cold, but if you were to hit the handle to hot by mistake you could scald yourself.
Woman was very nice and helpful, we had breakfast which was a typical la petit dejeuner, simple. The access to the rooms is through an external locked door on the street The key to our room 102 was well worn and somewhat difficult to use. We had a comfortable quiet night sleep, bed was comfortable. Pillows long narrow a bit firm but did worked well for us. Stairs to rooms is very well worn wood. Location is right at the last stop of the subway 7 line about 1 K walk I'd say. You walk right by and under the garage line as well very close to hotel. There were lots of places to eat within 1/2 K in either direction. TV had only a few stations that came in clear many channels had blurred pictures. Not a place to impress or enjoy the hotel just a place to sleep. I believe this is a small family run hotel.

We had a very bad stay in this hotel.
The room is very humid, for example the bed linen is wet, the toilet paper should be asked if it has not fallen into the toilet
The shower is very small and with a simple shower curtain
Cleaning is not done seriously and only every 2 days. For towels, cleaning the trash cans: you have to ask for them.
I wanted to speak with the manager in the morning but there was no one at reception but there was no one. She answered the phone.
Due to the damp room: this hotel is not recommended if you are on a business trip and have damp clothes....
Otherwise the room is small and consistent with a 1* hotel

Good value for money
We stayed here for 5 nights for our trip to Paris as it was much more affordable than central Paris. The hotel is 3 minutes away (walking) from the train station which gets you everywhere you need to go in Paris.
The room was clean, basic but had everything we needed.
Our room was ground floor, would be able to access with a disability.
The shower room was great, good hot shower, no problems with hot water.
Double bed was fine, clean and relatively comfortable. There is a kettle in the room, no hairdryer but if you ask one is quickly provided (10 mins).
The room was warm and had enough storage space for a few days.
Breakfast was as expected, jam bread chocolate spread etc coffee, juice and yogurt. Staff were very accommodating with breakfast times and even provided it at 6.30am on our day of departure.
Room cleaned every other day, clean towels provided, soap provided bring your own shampoo etc Wi-Fi was great, and free.
There is a lovey bakery across the road that sells great fresh cakes etc as well as boxed salads and quiche.
Also a shop across the road for drinks, snacks etc which is much cheaper than central Paris (coke 1 Euro V 5 Euro in Centre).
We got a 5 day train/bus/tram/metro pass from the train station for 35 Euro the lady in the train station was fantastic and helpful.
There was no food served at the hotel (other than breakfast) that we saw, but I would stay here again without doubt, reasonably priced for what you get, helpful staff, not a bed bug in site!
