Golf Weekend with friends

Stayed for a golf trip with a bunch of friends and had an amazing time from start to finish! Incredible Venue with fantastic food and drinks served all weekend. Benedicte and Paul so welcoming and always on hand to your every need.
Cannot wait to come back again soon!

Unfortunately less than before

Unfortunately less experience than before. Owners are less interested and a bit arrogant. Terrain unfortunately very dry and withered. Pool is very nice. Cottages are old-fashioned (my kitchen and creaky floors). At the end we were surprised that we had to clean our gite completely ourselves because they could not find cleaning ladies (?!). Light cleaning normal but this went too far for us

Golf trip with a group

Golf trip for 14 in North-West France. The hospitality was top notch and the food stunning. Couldn’t have asked for more.
Lovely grounds, well accommodated, modern rooms with plenty of social options (indoor and outdoor pool, hot tubs, veranda) that provide a nice escape.
Located in idilic countryside as well. Very peaceful and quiet. Would highly recommend

Paradise is in Jarzé

Paradise is situated in Jarzé. We left this beautiful castle today and we miss it already. The owners Bénédicte and Paul are the perfect hosts. A smile on their face from 8 to late :). Great hospitality, food and wines high standing. Do not forget to ask Paul to make his “Pain perdue” or Bénédictes “Tarte Tatin”
Cherry on the cake Alberto who is assisting the owners has everything to be a sommelier and a great cook as Well.
Perfect place.

A little bit of paradise

I cannot recommend Chateau Vary highly enough. Benedicte and Paul are fantastic hosts. They have taken on a huge renovation project which has been done with incredible attention to detail. The rooms are all en-suite and completely luxurious. They have thought of everything- right down to the selection of charging points next to each bedside table. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom really well appointed and lovely and warm. We were treated to,Paul’s cuisine which was delicious. The cottages add an extra dimension as they can be booked separately or just as additional rooms to the main chateau. A walk through the forest is essential, so calm and peaceful with the accompaniment of birdsong you could be the only people for miles. It would be the most beautiful setting for a wedding or family celebration. We will definitely be back!
