Small bedrooms and strong smelling when we arrived, small bathrooms. Breakfast was not ready @6am and there was not to much options of foods

A absolutely leaks.

Microwave and fridge available in the room. The bedding was comfortable.
The receptionist very pleasant, but unfortunately overwhelmed because alone to manage everything.
Assigned room not made (not cleaned, bed not made, window open).
Smell in the room.
Flushing toilets that don't work well.
No soundproofing.
Broken window security lock.
Long check-in because 4 people check-in, 4 problem files (resa not found, Pb heating in the room, pb billing business travel, room not made...).
Lots of passage.. (Returns of customers?..).We did not feel confident, we seriously thought about changing hotels.
No commercial gesture despite a catastrophic stay.
You can make excuses about a "renovation in progress" but renovation or not, if there are management problems, having a brand new hotel will not solve anything.
