Relaxing and magnificent
We had an excellent stay at this hotel.
Our room, located on the 3rd floor, was spacious, very pleasant, and decorated in a particularly successful modern style. The bedding was perfect, very comfortable, and the terrace with a sea view was a real pleasure.
I must admit I was quite surprised when reading some reviews giving the hotel 2 stars on the grounds that it was "noisy." For our part, once the bay windows were closed and the air conditioning was on, the calm was absolute. The soundproofing is excellent. As they say, sometimes a simple gesture can resolve many inconveniences…
Another comment that particularly amused me: "bring your beach towels." This left me somewhat perplexed… Coming on vacation to the beach without a beach towel and then blaming the hotel for it is, I must admit, quite original.
It also seems useful to remind that this is a 3-star hotel. And for a 3-star hotel, we found the services, comfort, and location to be quite satisfactory.
For those seeking the services of a luxury hotel, there are of course establishments at the foot of Île de la Pietra, with rates two, even three times higher. And yet… having frequented some luxury hotels, the stars unfortunately do not always protect against a few disappointments.
Therefore, sometimes it is necessary to put things into context before publishing particularly harsh comments. We found some reviews to be frankly astonishing and especially very far from our own experience.
The reception by the young women at the front desk was warm, professional, and very pleasant. Always smiling and available.
The location of the hotel is perfect, just a few meters from the beach.
Our only small downside concerns the breakfast at €15, which we found a bit expensive compared to the options offered. Perhaps a few more savory options are needed, like scrambled eggs. On the other hand, the lady present every morning at breakfast was extremely cheerful and pleasant.
One thing is certain: we will return with great pleasure and we recommend this very nice place without hesitation.
Moral: closing the sliding glass doors can sometimes save a night… and slipping a beach towel into your suitcase can prevent a 2-star review.

Excellent small hotel, well-located and very well-maintained.
Ideally located close to the beaches and 500 m from the city center, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The overall cleanliness is pleasant, with a very nice scent in the room. For breakfast, it would be nice to have more savory products such as scrambled eggs, fried eggs, and cold cuts. The only point to note is that the air conditioning is too cold, even with a setting at 28 degrees not functioning properly. The plus is secure parking.

It's a beautiful experience. I recommend it.
Stayed at this hotel for two nights. I can sincerely recommend it to other travelers. The hotel is new, comfortable and beautifully located. Located on an excellent stretch of Napoleon beach. Spacious rooms. Minimalist design. White walls, silver-grey accents, quality blackout porters, comfortable mattresses, snow-white, flawless and tactfully pleasing bed linens. Big bathrooms. Beautifully designed lighting. Comfortable reading, working at a desk. Large terrace balconies equipped with armchairs, tables and large railings for drying beach towels.
Very pleasant workers at reception and quality room cleaning.
Big silent elevator.
Parking in the hotel yard costs 9 euros per night, breakfast buffet 14 euros.
We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and spending the day in the beach beach beach beach beach club, 50 steps away.
Twice a day a 2-car mini train passes by the hotel, it does not disturb.
Very pleasant workers at reception and quality room cleaning.
Big silent elevator.

A lovely address
Beachfront facing the promenade lined with restaurant huts. The road between the hotel and the beach is not noisy at night. Room with a nice-sized terrace. Excellent bedding; bathroom is okay, but unfortunately there is no magnifying mirror. A salute to the management for the availability of the room before 3 PM. Paid parking is available. I recommend it.
