Very pleasant stay, friendly staff and always available.
Good food.
Good beds.
The cleaning of rooms quite acceptable although they may improve.

Okay

Towels too thin and small. Smoking allowed so the smell came into your room, very unpleasant. Staff slow to clear tables at breakfast if you were with a coach party. They said they would only clear when everyone finished. Consequently surrounded by other peoples debris, the smell of uneaten food and several flies. Hotel in need of a refurb. Positives clean rooms and buffet good.

Excellent find would stay again

Really helpful friendly staff, loads of extras.Central. Loses one mark for the Spa facilities which didn't work well or were completely out of order on some days

Great stay in a basic but comfortable hotel

Great stay, the hotel has everything you need in a basic way. Food good. Boot room is a good size, no boot warmers. Bar is a good size, though very hot! We had a mezzanine family room, it was a great size for 4 of us, it would have been great if more had been made of the mezzanine landing space, more coat hooks/coffee tea station. Ski hotel rooms never have enough coat hooks! Bit of a walk to the lifts.
Overall a good stay, very clean.

Great hotel

The food is what makes this hotel stand out. Absolutely fantastic and you will never feel hungry. Rooms were a fair size and beds were comfortable. Cleaned daily. A shame there is only one lift. Can be a long wait for top floors so be prepared for lots of climbing stairs after a long day on the slopes.
All inclusive element is fantastic with a large variety of drinks included
