Nice stay

Nice stay. The first one was over twenty years ago. Very pleasant staff. However… the chalets are dated!
It is time to plan a serious renovation for them to justify maintaining these rates. The bathrooms are not in their prime… otherwise the setting is very pleasant and very relaxing.

Very disappointing stay

The hotel is well placed but outside the village.For a 4 star hotel the service is non-existent.The same person ensures breakfast and reception.Mediocre breakfast and cleaning rooms to review

Beautiful stay in the mountains

Amazing hotel, nice and very well located.The staff is at the top! Beauregard room is beautiful. The pool is on top too.

disappointed

We had already come last summer and had been delighted. So we decided to come back this year, but this time we were disappointed. The heated pool was out of order (12 degrees and very dirty) and we had planned to enjoy it. The overpriced breakfast (18€ for 3 kinds of cold cuts and frozen pastries.) courteous staff without more. We were upgraded to a superior room that was actually bigger but also very noisy. We will book elsewhere during our next stay.
