Another fantastic stay in La Rochelle

What a fantastic time I had staying at the Central Park Hotel and Spa. The best room and great service from the staff.
It’s such a pleasure to enjoy the hospitality and facilities available.
I want to personally thank Louise on the reception for her friendly nature always happy to see me and Daisy for such a wonderful massage. Magnifique!

Great location, short walk to Old Port. Helpful staff , didnt eat there so not sue about the food. My wife recommended the massage in the spa, siad it was very relaxing.

A good address!

Exceptional hospitality. A very nice hotel well located near La Concurrence beach and not far from the harbor. Very quiet.
Large, very comfortable room, bottles of cold water in the refrigerator upon our arrival, courtesy tray, and varied breakfast buffet with quality products.
Small garden to rest in the greenery.

Clean, safe hotel.

Clean and very safe‑feeling hotel. The bed was comfortable and the air‑conditioning was bliss. The room itself was spotless.There was an issue with the boiler one evening, which meant no hot water — definitely inconvenient — but the hotel handled it professionally. They informed us at reception and even called my mobile to let me know. The boiler was fixed by the next morning.As an apology, we were offered either a free glass of wine (they had a great selection) or an hour in the spa. We chose the spa, and the facilities were excellent. We enjoyed the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and the rainforest shower

Ok

The hotel was cleaned and the location was great. However we were in room 204 this room has A/C but you can’t open the window which was a big issue for me and it wasn’t mentioned during the booking. I won’t come back.
