Le plus parfait!

Our stay in this delightful chambre d'hote in June last year determined us to stay again. We did this in May/June 2014 and again it lived up to our expectations.The home is centrally located for exploring the Dordogne by car. Our kind, generous and thoughtful hosts, Beatrice and Jean-Claude and our spacious room made for such a happy and enjoyable stay again.

Parfait!

We discovered this chambre d'hote in June 2013 and stayed for a week. The facilities are superb and the location is a tranquil paradise but the real value of this "diamond" are the owners Beatrice and Jean-Claude who were so kind, thoughtful and welcoming to us .As we said to them when we unfortunately had to leave, we sincerely hope it was not "au revoir" but "a bientot"!

lovely experience

We spent 3 lovely days in le Clos de Bartinquie. 1st of all, the house is an old and nicely restaured mansion decorated with great taste. The room is very pretty in a sophisticated yet fresh and warm style. It is large and comfortable and full of nice details. The bathroom is wide and charming as well. Everything has been thought to create a relaxing and elegant atmosphere.
It could be just another very pretty "chambre d'hôtes", but what makes it unique indeed are the lovely owners Beatrice and Jean Claude that are fully committed to make you feel at home. Then enjoying the delicious breakfats prepared with affection by Beatrice in her beautiful kitchen and listening to her recommendations for the day becomes one of the best moments of your stay.
Beatrice and Jean Claude will give you advices on where to stroll, what to visit , and where having a nice meal. They have plenty of touristic docs at home so that you can plan activities in the surroundings (Bergerac, Sarlat or the green countryside).
Spending some days at the Clos de Bartinquie is definitelly a great option if you're staying in le "perigord noir", the promise of fully disconect, rest and enjoy a nice company and charming home.

EXCEPTIONNEL

Un séjour merveilleux chez Jean Claude et Beatrice, un couple charmant et très attachant.
Nous nous sentions comme à la maison! la maison est superbe, le jardin bucolique et le petit déjeuner fait maison est délicieux. Bravo à Jean Claude pour ses confitures maison!
Nous sommes heureux d avoir pu séjourner dans ce très bel endroit et nous garderons de merveilleux souvenirs de notre rencontre avec nos hôtes si généreux

"Séjour en toute sérénité"

"FABULEUX" est l'adjectif qui nous vient à l'esprit pour ce lieu atypique, reposant, au milieu d'une nature préservée. L'accueil chaleureux et convivial de la part de Béatrice et Jean-Claude qui excellent dans le "SAVOIR RECEVOIR".
L'unique chambre spacieuse, douillette, calme avec sa salle de bain (douche balnéo, et baignoire), alliée à un petit-déjeuner copieux (produits frais et de saison)sont des attraits mémorables .Ce Périgord pourpre regorge de multiples trésors à découvrir.
