If you like fleas...
Chosen for one night stage on a long course.
Pros: the price of 45 euros per night.
Cons: everything else
Seemingly abandoned hotel, kiosk to check in at night not functional
Mattress equivalent to a wooden board, also very hard pillow
rooms so well insulated that at 7am I thought I had the child from the next room in mine...
And the pinnacle: itching then appeared during the day with lots of pimples on the neck, scalp and left arm...doctor's opinion: flea bites or bed bugs!!!!
Bravo!!

Poor check in service which is confusing. Sent to Kyriad which is near another hotel with similar name. Very poor idea.

HORRIBLE
Disastrous...
Me who know the world of restaurants and hotels, I know it is not easy sometimes but there no effort has been made...
Me and my spouse barely arrived in the hotel room when we noticed the deplorable state of the bed sheets etc...
We had booked until July 28 at 12pm, we returned from a wedding so we came back quite late. 3am we return the door does not open. and in addition we find that someone entered the room during our absence when it was indicated to be occupied. We call the emergency number indicate, never got an answer. A very nice young man was able to help us when it was not his job, and we thank him because otherwise we pay the hotel to sleep outside.
The next day, July 28 is our scheduled departure day at 12pm. We slept very little because, as we say, we returned from marriage, and the man who takes care of the house came at 9am. He knocks, 1,2,3 times... and opens the door while we were preparing. My spouse was still sleeping with him, the man trying to get in, and stayed outside the door for 5min asking us if he could get in.
Anyway, I wasn’t expecting anything but I’m disappointed. I absolutely do not recommend, I would have preferred to put the price and have something clean rather than... that.

Never again! What a terrible hotel this is.
Terrible! Super noisy, the beds are dramatic, it is even better to lie on the floor. You certainly don't want to talk about the shower. Because of all the missing eyes, half of the cramped shower remains. The floor is sticky, the weather is in the sheets.

Come and risk your night.
If you come to Laon, know that there is a hotel so horrible that I don't even want to use it as a prison.
• Too loud air conditioning noise.
• A really very hard mattress, bordering the floor would be better.
• A dripping noise coming from the bedroom on the side...
• Lack of products for washing.
• A view that will make you argue if you come as a couple...
• Only one take...
• A smell of cold tobacco that smells in the room.
How can a hotel like this still exist.
Definitely go elsewhere.
Positive point: the hearty breakfast at Kyriad Express and the very professional welcome from the employees.
