Unacceptable, closed pool!

INADMISSIBLE!!
The swimming pool has been closed for work since Monday, April 13, in the middle of the school holidays!!! Only the small bath is open, so it is not possible to swim!
The campsite is closed during the winter months and yet Siblu chooses to resurface the pool during school holidays!
It's sad to make such fun of the customers.
Really disappointed by this campsite.

Nous comprenons parfaitement combien cette situation a pu nuire à votre expérience, surtout pendant les vacances scolaires, où ce type d’activité est essentiel pour nos vacanciers.
Pour assurer la sécurité et la qualité de nos infrastructures, des travaux d’entretien sont parfois nécessaires, mais nous reconnaissons que leur timing n’a pas été optimal cette fois-ci. Votre retour est précieux et nous ferons tout notre possible pour mieux anticiper ce genre de situation à l’avenir.

Indescribable, to avoid saying something unkind.

I have a colleague who was surprised by the cancellation of his commitment at the campsite a few weeks before his start, even though he was supposed to work there. It was supposedly for budgetary reasons. What a shame! You left him hanging at the last minute when he was motivated and committed. I will not contribute to running a dump that acts immorally. I therefore advise against anyone going there.

Lamentable

Very bad experience at this Siblu campsite. Upon our arrival, the accommodation was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness: unpleasant odors, dust everywhere, stains in the bathroom, and aging equipment. We really had the impression that the cleaning had been done in a hurry.
The staff was not welcoming either. Some people at the reception were cold, unprofessional, and seemed annoyed whenever we reported a problem. We had to insist several times before getting a response.
The facilities are far from the photos highlighted on the website: poorly maintained accommodation, uncomfortable bedding, damaged equipment, and a generally neglected atmosphere. For the price paid, the value for money is frankly disappointing.
I do not recommend this campsite and I will not return.

DON'T buy on this site.

If you're English speaking and want to buy on this site forget it. If you want to be ignored by some bar staff, go for it, if you want to walk on dog poo, go for it, if you want to stay awake most of the night go for it. Probably just ok for a holiday, but to buy, DON'T.

Lake of Dreams, an expensive illusion

TO ESCAPE if you want to become an owner in this campsite!!!!!
Expenses increase EVERY year (about 200 euros or more / year) without any improvement. We're paying more and more for worsening benefits.
And the pompom this year: only one pool open outside of July-August, when both are filled. The one that remains closed also contains the paddling pool... totally incomprehensible.
Not to mention the enclosed Jacuzzi and the large swimming pool that has become a noisy space, far from a place of relaxation.
In the end, just a slot.
So fleeieeeeez!!!!!
