Big disappointment

We had booked several months ago to attend the wedding of our friends in Lauris a room that allowed four to sleep in good conditions. This is what made us choose this establishment. Our room has been allocated to others. The result is a single room for four. The proposed solution: an air mattress even has the floor in the living room for my wife and daughter. For 130th paid (Award initially agreed 165th) with breakfasts (copious, full, mostly homemade) allegedly offered to apologize. If the setting is superb , our room was old and smelled of closed, two uninviting towels in the shower room toilet. The ladies who benefited from our room have Breakfast loudly under our windows, probably more rested than us.
