A bubble of happiness

Excellent stay at Le Fin Gourmet (May 21 to 23, 2026).
Warm and attentive welcome from Charles.
Breakfast and dinner were top-notch with fresh, seasonal products. Tasty cuisine.
We slept there for two nights: comfortable, cozy, and well-decorated room.
Very nice discovery!
Go there without hesitation!!

Exquisite

The restaurant is located in a hotel near the town center of Croisic, with parking available near the port a few blocks away.
We had not made a reservation and were early. The host seated us and after some discussion amongst the staff, an English translation of menu was presented. They were assured it was not necessary.
We both had tagliatelle de seiche (cuttlefish) in a green sauce with slivered sausage - absolutely delicious!
Next came brochette de lotte (monkfish) with Morteau sausage in a mustard cream sauce with seasonal vegetables. Very creative and delicious.
The other main was the bavette de aloyau (sliced flap steak) with pepper sauce, potato and salad. Perfectly cooked, think sliced and also delicious. (See a pattern here?)
For dessert, a molleaux of chocolat with chantilly mascarpone, and pineapple chunks with passion fruit and strawberry sorbet.

The best restaurant is Le Croisic.

The restaurant is very welcoming and has a friendly atmosphere.
Whether on the terrace in the sun or inside in the cool, it is simply perfect.
The meal is truly a moment of pleasure.
The cuisine is guaranteed to be very fresh with always unmatched originality.
I recommend it 100%.

Great.

We were very well received and Charles offered us lunch outside
Everything was perfect very good table and charles very good.

Fin Gourmet: good times assured

We just enjoyed with our friends an excellent meal prepared with finesse, tasty, quality price top. We highly recommend it.
