Pleasantly surprised

Hello, the negative reviews had worried me; I rented at this campsite through my company's works council and I was very pleasantly surprised.
A very well-organized arrival (the best in years of camping), a very clean mobile home, entertainment, a restaurant, a grocery store, very welcoming and smiling staff, and appreciable pool rules (towels are removed from lounge chairs for those absent from the pool). The location is nice too; we did everything by bike.
The only downside... the paid Wi-Fi; I think that in a 5-star campsite, Wi-Fi could be included, especially with such a bad connection.

2-star campsite, dirty and dilapidated mobile home

This campsite is not a 5-star.
The room is not air-conditioned and does not have a real fan; in the middle of a heatwave, you would think you were in a sauna, impossible to sleep or stay inside. The ceiling fan was defective and not cooling.
The mobile home is very dilapidated and dirty.
The beds and the sofa deserve to be changed.
Fortunately, there was the aquatic area with the spa to make up for it a little.
Above all, avoid booking via Showroomprivé or Plein Air Vacances because they will not change your mobile home and they will ask you to pay €1200 to have an air-conditioned campsite.
Avoid at all costs during a heatwave.
The staff is not very pleasant. I will not return to this campsite.

No umbrellas, don't meet their 5-star rating!

I have high expectations for a 5-star campsite, which they do not meet at all.
Their water park is super nice, but even though it is very big for a lot of people sitting there, they only have 4 very small umbrellas, this ensures that hardly anyone can even sit in the shade, even children, elderly people, people who are burned... in 35 degrees I think this is absolutely not possible!
I myself went to this campsite now that I am rehabilitating, falling down my stairs and many bleedings in the brain, for my head I absolutely cannot sit in the sun for very long, and they could not and would not look for a solution... my husband had bought me a parasol in the supermarket and we were not allowed to use it! and suddenly I was allowed to use a parasol for 2 days and then the pool changed and there was again a big problem and big fights!!! such situations are absolutely not nice in your holiday!
Other people were also bullying those supervisory parents... people who once left their towel for 5 minutes, they went to take the towels...
These are situations that I don't think are OK at all for a 5-star campsite!

No shadow and unbelievable rules

On the website it says that the camping sites for motorhome are under shadow but this is not the case, and it was a big problem. First place wherein you mustn’t go to the swimming pool (open and with “acqua fun”) if you do not have an Olympic slip or short. You must borrow it at the grocery’s (15€) but it opens only from 4 pm, so that if you arrive at noon you can’t literally do anything unless you want to cook yourself in an oven. Even at the reception, only French is spoken!
Very bad experience, will definitely NEVER come back.

Totalmente inadeguato! Imbarazzante

RECEPTION: impossibile comunicare in italiano, inglese molto molto scarso, quindi diventa complicato capirsi.
