Really good stay

This hotel was perfect for us. Close to the city centre. Really comfortable bed and air-conditioning made it perfect as a last minute option.
The girl on the desk (Penelope) was fantastic and could not have been more helpful with advice on where to eat and more.
A very good, simple hotel. Total bargain.

Do not recommend

Pre booked this hotel for a night each way on our journey to and from south of France.
On our first stay, the room allocated had not been cleaned - went back to reception and moved to a different room.
On our return journey given a key to the room did not work, returned to reception to rectify. Went to the allocated room to find another guest already in there! Back to reception, no apology and given a new room. Air con is terrible- the rooms are a sweat box. Family room set up is poor with bed over the double which resulted in numerous bumped heads - will not be staying here again that’s for sure!

Secure parking was a bonus for us at €11/night, close to centre for restaurants etc and old Le Mans, room was basic but fine.

I loved the shower ‘pod’. I felt safe as it wasn’t slippery, had a shelf to put shampoo etc and no sharp edges

We had a good stay overall, we started on the wrong foot by sleeping on the 4th floor, renovation going on,painting smell. Our mattress was badly stain, but the rest of the room was clean.
After complaining right away, I was offered a room on the Fith floor. I slept over the sheet. I was told that they change ownership and they were aware of the situation of my room.
Thanks to the staff the rest of the stay went well, we stayed 2 weeks. Will I go back, yes for the g

Very quiet neighborhood, and walkable the downtown.
