Very pleasant stay at the Atlantic Hotel of the Palais in Belle- Île
Very pleasant stay. The room and bathroom were small , but very functional , cozy. Nice decor, cleanliness ++++ , quality bedding. The food is of varied quality. All the staff is pleasant, efficient. Location on top. Local by bike.The only small downside: the layout of the buffet , not practical when there are people.

Here's the waiter king
We crossed by ferry and just wanted to have a drink. Around ten tables were occupied on the terrace – which is actually easily done for a single service person.
We ordered two cafe au lait and a cola. At first, however, only one café and the Coke were served. When we reordered the second, we were advised, but please consider whether that was really all, as other guests had to be served.
I didn't want to start a discussion, but kindly mentioned that we had actually ordered two Café au Lait from the beginning.
Somewhat strange was that other guests were allowed to pay at the table, but we were invited to the restaurant.
Despite many positive reviews, unfortunately, the impression of a classic touribude remained with us, where no value is placed on friendliness or Service.

Disappointing
The room overlooking the port was very good, located under the roof. Large and comfortable, modern. The reception was appalling: 4 couples arrive at the same time from the ferry, and the chek-in is done in 1 minute per couple. It is reported that the key is on the door of the room, with the code for the door at night because madam is leaving... We go up to our room and find that there is no key and that the door is... closed! My wife gallops down the stairs to catch up with the receptionist, who was leaving: within 10 seconds, we were stuck in the hotel corridors and could sleep on the floor! No emergency number: it is displayed outside the hotel so invisible to us. If we left the hotel, we were on the street for the night... Lovely! Besides, when the lady left, the elevator is... out of order! I'm 70 years old and our room was on the 4th floor! Let's add that breakfast is arbitrary and banal.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié votre chambre et son confort, mais nous regrettons profondément les désagréments que vous avez rencontrés lors de votre arrivée.
Nous allons revoir nos procédures pour éviter ce genre de situation à l’avenir. Concernant la clé manquante, il s’agit d’une erreur regrettable, et nous nous excusons pour l’inconfort causé.
Quant à l’ascenseur, nous sommes conscients de l' inconvénient, surtout pour un accès aux étages supérieurs. Malheureusement, pour des raisons de sécurité ce dernier n'est pas accessible la nuit ce qui est mentionné lors du Check-In.
Enfin, nous prenons en compte votre remarque sur le petit-déjeuner et allons travailler à améliorer notre offre pour mieux satisfaire nos clients.
Nous espérons que malgré ces désagréments, vous garderez un bon souvenir de votre séjour et que nous aurons l’occasion de vous accueillir à nouveau pour une expérience plus agréable.

Very good address
Nice little hotel located on the port.
Small comfortable room and very nice, the shower was a little narrow (contact with the shower curtain when you wash, unpleasant ).
Breakfast at the top with views of the port and sunrise ❤️.
The price is absolutely correct.
We did not have dinner there because full restaurant, but we were able to go to the restaurant next door.
