A holiday highlight- you will not be disappointed (don’t miss dinner!)

My husband had stayed before and our family visit lived up to the high expectations he had set having raved about this wonderful place. The rooms were well appointed (we had two if the three available) and the food and service is incredible. Do not miss dinner! Very relaxing and a lovely small boutique hotel feel. Would love to return.

Perfect BnB

Stopped here for a night whilst on a three week cycle tour of France and enjoyed a masterclass in hospitality from Alistair and Keri.
From the warmth of the welcome when we arrived to the quality of the room and bathroom, the spectacular dinner and the equally impressive breakfast with home made muesli, muffins, jams etc it never slipped below 5 stars. We even returned to the room after dinner to find home made chocolates and a card thanking us for our stay waiting for us. To add to the experience, the price for all of this was quite ridiculously, embarrassingly low.
I've lost count of the number of b and b's we've stopped in over the years but Maison du Verger is firmly established in the top 1.

Very welcoming

We arrived by motorbike on a hot summers day. They provided overnight parking in their garage which was great followed by the offer of a cold beer. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, the shower with its jet options was lovely after a day on the bike, I didn't want to get out!
We didn't want to head out on the bike again so had dinner with Kevin and Fiona, a really nice meal in very nice company, good value and came with a very nice bottle of wine. What more could you ask for?!
To sum up, if you want a warm welcome and good facilities in a good location, we thoroughly recommend Chez Keona. We will definitely be going back.

Didn’t want to leave!

Kevin and Fiona are brilliant hosts - friendly, helpful and happy to chat. Our 4 night stay was very relaxing, to the point where we didn’t want to move on! The food and wine were excellent, and the room was lovely and comfortable. Our bikes were safely tucked up in the garage each night. We really couldn’t have asked for more. Le Vigeant itself is well worth a leisurely walk and the circuit was the icing on the cake!

A little piece of heaven

A beautiful place in more ways than one . Kevin and Fiona are simply the best hosts you could wish for , they cater for your every need , are attentive but discreet , allowing you to soak in the peace and tranquillity of this little piece of heaven . Their attention to detail is second to none , there was nothing they hadn’t thought of and their own high standards are reflected everywhere . Our room was tastefully decorated and well coordinated . The breakfasts and evening meals were wonderful ( eating with them in the evening ) and it was so nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room . I would highly recommend Chez Keona and can’t wait to return as it was quite simply the best place we stayed in France .
