An unforgettable stay
There are hotels where they hand you a key, recite the breakfast hours, point out the stairs, and then see you again at checkout.
And then there is Le Caillebotis, where you quickly understand that hospitality can have a real soul.
Driven by the energy of its owner, Ludo, as well as the attention and kindness of Delphine, our stay was exceptional and will leave us with unforgettable memories.
Le Caillebotis enjoys an ideal location: close enough to everything to forget the car—or even your shoes—and far enough away to fully enjoy the sweetness of Cap Ferret. The rooms are comfortable, the common areas are warm, and the breakfast is as generous as it is well-prepared.
But the true richness of the place remains its hospitality. Ludo welcomes his guests with rare generosity, infectious humor, and inexhaustible verve. A true host, he is always ready to share a good recommendation or turn a simple aperitif into an excellent memory. Attentive to everyone, he works behind the scenes to personalize each stay. He possesses that talent which has become too rare: welcoming you as a guest and seeing you leave as a friend. By his side, Delphine watches over the guests with a kindness, availability, and gentleness that also fully contribute to the soul of Le Caillebotis.
The main flaw of the establishment is therefore quite serious: after a few days, you have to leave. And discover, with a certain annoyance, that you had started to feel at home there.

Simply perfect!
Ideal location, a few minutes' walk from the beach and with shops nearby. Street parking is easy and, above all, we didn't need to take the car again during our stay: everything is very easily done by bike from the hotel
We stayed two nights in the smallest room of the establishment, which was very pleasant, perfectly equipped, and impeccably clean. Small balcony, fan, Rituals shower products… everything was thought of for a comfortable stay. The bedding was also very comfortable.
The breakfast is hearty, with very good products: a real pleasure to start the day off right!
We were also lucky enough to meet Ludovic, the owner, as well as Delphine, both of whom were adorable, smiling, and truly attentive. It is so nice to stay in a boutique hotel, where you meet people who listen and who sincerely love their job ❤️

Les Caillebotis – A warm setting in the heart of Cap Ferret
An exceptional experience at Les Graillebotis! Mood is ultra-warm, intimate and tastefully decorated — every detail is neat, it feels immediately good.
Breakfast is delicious and hearty, perfect for a good start to the day.
Special mention to Ludo, the owner, an amazing, authentic and passionate person.
Welcoming is both professional and friendly, we immediately had the impression to know it for a long time a rare and precious feeling...
A real haven of peace in Cap Ferret, which we recommend with our eyes closed!
Breakfast is delicious and hearty, perfect for a good start to the day.

HOTEL LE CAILLEBOTTIS in CAP FERRET
Very surprised by the glowing reviews! We slept for 220€ in a cabin:
Walls made of cash boards.
Dirty trinkets, no television, a tiny room: 30 cm between the partition and the end of the bed to go to the shower room 80 cm wide.
Soundproofing non-existent, woken by neighbors in the middle of the night.....
Breakfast at 18€ with 2 croissants, 2 chocolates and 1 slice of bread.
The Tenant on our arrival has nevertheless outclassed us! LAUGHABLE! Unfortunately, we were absent when we left. However, we would have liked to express our grievances.

Warm welcome
We couldn’t stay at the hotel because of a change of program on our side, but we enjoyed Ludovic’s Welcoming: warm, available and attentive to our comfort. Thank you from the 3 generations!
