Great location, staff at the top.

I recommend this hotel, very well located with the view of the snow front, one can even watch the torchlight descent from the balcony. We had a great stay at this hotel, the staff is very welcoming and tjs there if needed, they have a smile it is really nice. Breakfast is simple. We will be back with great pleasure.

Excellent

First of all, a big thank you to Carole at reception (as well as her replacement) for her kindness throughout our stay.
The hotel is really located at the foot of the slopes, the rooms are clean, well appointed with storage and well heated. The bathrooms are functional and there is always hot water.
The half board is excellent and varied, the two waitresses in the restaurant are very pleasant.
There is nothing to add.
My only downside is that I had requested two rooms with a balcony (reservation made at the opening, at the beginning of September) and that I only got one, which was quite disappointing given that I had booked on purpose. as soon as possible to get what I wanted.
Apart from that, nice hotel, great service and excellent staff.
We will probably go back next year.

Excellent hotel for a ski weekend

Very good hotel, full breakfast, best location and views of the main slopes, excellent staff, very clean, close to everything, excellent price, ski storage, very good restaurants in the surrounding area, heating and very familiar environment

Good hotel in the heart of the resort

Clean and quiet hotel, a large bed with enough cushions to find your place to sleep, and with a very good and plentiful breakfast to tackle the slopes located just a few meters away. The only small regret is that it would lack a cozy lounge with a fireplace to better enjoy the pleasure of the mountains in winter.

Very decent rooms, good breakfast, ideally located hotel, and above all very friendly staff, special mention to Carole at reception who knows what the word welcome means.
I also wanted to thank Sacha the owner who knows how to listen to comments concerning the little hiccups of the season's launches, it was a nice surprise to see that this gentleman considers his customers and respects their points of view. (Very rare these days…)
