Deplorable

Deplorable welcome
Dirty shower rooms
Room that smells like cigarettes
Clogged sink.
Air conditioning not working.

Great spot for a reasonably priced short stay. Room was very clean and cute, the staff was super nice and helpful. Bring your own towels, sandals and toiletries for the shared showers. Very very quiet - didn't even know I had neighbors. Short walk to McDonald's and a BBQ restaurant as well as a small market and a little longer walk (not even ten minutes) to a full service supermarket. Will definitely stay again when in Marseille.

bad experience

or my online booking, a direct debit was made, but when I arrived, I was asked to repay. This experience goes back a few years. Moreover, there was no customer service on site; you had to call a number and wait, without any solution in the end.

Bed fleas and casualness of the reception AND of Accor.

I am now requesting a full refund and compensation!
I was the victim of bedbugs, 18 bites and a nightmarish night, another room granted in the middle of the night... and in the morning to find that the 1st room had been redone to be re-rented, contrary to the claims of the welcome assuring me that a pest control company had been commissioned!
I notified Accor Headquarters a month ago and I only got a stereotypical response. now I'm taking action, with photos to back it up.
This hotel should have been closed! at least for the duration of the treatment.
