Very tired exterior. Bathroom was one of the dirtiest with mould i have seen for a while. Good parking, close to the road. Make sure to get a room away from the highway

Frankly one of the worst hotels I've had the opportunity to do for my business trips.
No restaurant, very aging rooms, bathrooms in poor condition......

Very disappointing

Very disappointing experience.
We booked a night at this hotel planning to arrive. I'll call the hotel to find out how it goes. I'm told you can arrive 24 hours a day. Surprised on D-day, we arrive and find key boxes; but no code has been communicated to us.
No emergency number to post or even on the internet. Force to find another solution, as access to our room is impossible. Perfect at 2am with a 5 year old...
I make a claim to at least be reimbursed, I am told that they tried to reach by phone (which is false) and that there was an emergency number to display (which is still false). File close...
Unfortunately I will never book again in a campanile or any other sign of the group!

Professional stay at the Campanile Pont-à-Mousson

I stayed one night at this hotel as part of a business trip and my experience overall was positive.
Welcoming at check-in, around 7pm, was quick and efficient. The staff is nice and available. The property is located close to a road and a few dwellings, but the sound insulation is excellent: thanks to the double doors, no outside noise disturbed me during the night.
As for comfort, I was a little disappointed by the bedding. The mattress and pillows are quite firm and uncomfortable, which makes sleeping less restful.
Breakfast, on the other hand, is a very good surprise: it offers a varied choice and good products, all accompanied by attentive and smiling Service.
In short, it is a very convenient hotel for a professional stay, quiet, well located and with pleasant staff. On the other hand, I would not necessarily recommend it for a holiday or a family stay, due to the limited comfort of the bedding.
